Chun Li has a dominant counter to every single normal Dudley can put out, she is a nightmare for Dudley players like myself. Being a natural counter to Dudley isn&#39;t why she&#39;s top tier of course, I think it&#39;s mostly to do with the fact that her new ultra is really good. Basically, you have to keep yourself lubed up for maximum effectiveness, there is a move that lets you splash oil on yourself which takes about one second to do, and this stays active for a certain amount of time before you need to re-apply it again.</p> <p>When he&#39;s oiled up, he is faster and has more options in terms of combos. You will improve much faster by focussing your time on mastering one character instead of playing with several on a frequent basis and just being mediocre with them all.
