Which feature(s) would you most like to see in the re-design? A podcast perhaps? Maybe gameplay videos of my online sessions? More event coverage such as gaming/anime events? It doesn't have to be anything I just mentioned, just leave a comment with your favourite idea and I will look into it.

I alreadt do reviews Chris, that will be something you will see more of after the re-design, as I will be focussing a lot less on news and more on original content such as reviews and features like Pro Tips among a few new regulars. Any other suggestions?

MemberHow about........ Yeah it would be cool to have more of an instant link to all the gaming news sites. Instead of me having to check every gaming site myself, zetzio could be my linker to all the news.
And videos of you playing cod and such would probably be useful too.

MemberWell, just brainstorming here, but seeing as most of our members are now 18+, maybe more news that not only concerns gaming, but more of the er, self-living lifestyle if you get me? No, you dirty fucker, I'm not talking about sex/porn, I mean like furniture and Hardware. No, not the hardware in your pants Muss, Jesus what the fuck is wrong with you?
Like for example, there wouldn't be any point putting up a feature where a 'ping!' lit up on the website whenever a new game was released - because there are loads of gaming websites and we all know when games are released. But it'd be really useful for me if from now on there was a reminder of some sort on the site for whenever a new awesome gaming TV was put on the market - or when a new stereo system was released or, maybe a gaming shop has designed a special gaming storage shelf that is custom built to contain your xbox and controllers - i don't know. I suggest this because I recently just bought a shelf, wardrobe and tv for my new room at uni - and when i was searching for them i was really devoid of a voice that could tell me where the best place is online to buy TVs and Video-game storing shelves... you don't know how long i spent searching for an affordable TV that ran at 120Hz before giving up and getting one that was 100Hz. Whereas if there was a TV topic/feature on the website, it could have been much easier!
So maybe i'm not detailing a specific feature here (although i'm inferring we could have some sort of calender-reminder system that shows us when today is the release date of some cool thing) but more of a focus towards the kind of lifestyles we're all living now - we're no longer 15 year olds just focused on dominating cod4 and running around in Ghilli suits. Except maybe for a certain someone.
P.S Why did no-one tell me that Google Chrome is the best fucking browser in the world. I have only just discovered this now .

Using your own example to respond to your suggestion; there isn’t really much point covering HDTVs I think are great for gaming etc. when there are websites out there with far more professional experience in the TV sector to write informed reviews on HDTVs. At best, I can review any new HDTV I personally purchase myself, or if I’m very lucky, get sent for promotional reasons if my blog ever gets known some day.

Keep in mind, I don’t intend my audience to remain just you guys, that’s not a very good strategy after all. You guys are my core buddies, you’ve been on the site for years now so you know where we’ve been and where we could go, but I need to draw in new people, people who regularly check my blog even if they don’t post on the forums much, people that raise my website’s hitcount which gives me leverage when dealing with companies about potential review copies of games or other products being sent my way. Considering I am a competitive gamer who likes to try and be ‘pro’ on whatever I play, my target audience will be others who are accustomed to pwnography like myself, so these will be 14-21 year olds I imagine. I hope older people will also take an interest in some aspects of my blog, but realistically we have less time to practice for pwnage as we grow older due to new responsibilities.
Regarding your calendar suggestion, I already have a Calendar on my list of things to add. The problem with the calendar is not finding a place for it, but actually coding one or finding a pre-coded plugin that works the way we need it to work. I want a calendar so I can mark the release date of games of interest, and more importantly mark matchmaking night dates so everyone knows which days of the week we can get together for some games. I will add items like upcoming awesome games, awesome figures to pre-order, next episode of an anime that’s airing and so on, I hope this goes with your idea.
So just to re-focus on my question, if you could only pick one improvement or new feature for the blog, what would it be? I want to know what you guys want to see the most, if it’s something quite a few of you all want to see, I will definitely try my best to get it done.

Yeah, once again the easiest way to look at this is to think of the one single feature we currently don't have that you would most like to see become a reality. I've not been coming up with any new ideas recently which means it's nearly time to look at all the things I've collected, weed out the ones that are unrealistic or extremely time consuming for little reward, and then give each feature a priority in terms of how awesome and useful it is so that I can use those priorities to decide how much space / focus to give them on the actual web page.

Content that branches away from video games a bit, and covers tabletop games like 40k and pen and paper RPGs like D&D or Rogue Trader.
Feature wise, perhaps a music player on the site blaring out some rocking video game tunes.

My objective is to cover anything I personally have an interest in or think the community in general may find interesting, this includes Warhammer 40K but it will be basic coverage at the beginning, and will grow more in-depth as I personally get deeper into the hobby myself.
In order of most to least frequent, I'll most likely be covering video games, figures, anime, manga, technology, Warhammer and maybe even highlight some awesome Lego creations I frequently follow. These are all things I follow because I have an interest in them, it's hard to write about topics you're unfamiliar with.
