As you guys know, I've messed about with various things to use as camouflage on my Tau units. The grass and sand provided by GW just isn't fine enough to glue onto my small models, and I've not gotten around to checking any alternatives yet.
What I have been thinking about today though is how I'm going to paint my Devilfish. I thought it would be pretty interesting if I purchased some sort of net, cut some squares out of it and put them on my tanks for an enhanced camo look. You know how sometimes you see tanks and shit in the jungle covered in those green nets to help them blend in more? Same idea, basically.
Anyone know where I can pick up something like this, and any other suggestions on things I could use to give my units a quick but effective camouflage look? The photo above isn't mine, just wanted to post something up to give you guys an idea.
