this is a pretty good montage that you HAVE to watch in HD but i would just like to know he gets into the spot in 1:02 and later on in the vid

Sorry for the late reply Durb, I just had a chance to watch it and I assume you're talking about how he got on top of the market stand to snipe across the road. I'm not at home right now so I can't 100% confirm this answer by checking it myself in a private match, but I'm guessing he jumped onto the walk which is across the staircase in the house at B, and then jumped onto the market stand from there, then hopped onto the second market stand which is the location you see in the video.
Also, that montage is from PC footage and since the sniper is killing members of Dignitas, this match is most definitely being played on Promod. Keep in mind that Promod removes certain effects to ensure the frame rate is always at 125FPS, and this allows players on the PC version to reach spots that are unreachable for a console player. There's a great example of this on Crash where I've seen PC players scale a certain wall which console players cannot, and believe me I've tried.
