What's the best place to buy new 360 controllers these days? They're still about £30 where ever I look, and I imagine there must be an outlet selling them cheaper somewhere. I don't really want to get an unofficial one, though.

It won't be easy finding them below the standard price since every retailer knows they can get away with that price tag. You'll either want to grab one pre-owned which I doubt you'll want, else check Google for some nobody website that has it for a few quid cheaper assuming you can rely on them to send it.

Yeah, hardware peripherals generally stick to the same price tag they had at launch. Controllers eventually die and you'll need a new one, it's a great way for the console giants to make up for lost profits from the sale of a console by selling the added hardware for such prices.
