Well if anybody was thinking of picking up this game, play.com has it for 9.99.

I think it is a good game but still not as good as DOW 1 or COH.
Would like to play some online games of this if anybody has it.

Edit: Just saw ACFA for 9.99 as well so decided to add it to this thread.

I would advise people to get this game, it is great fun there is so much customizion with the mechs. MP battles are also great fun and the SP is pretty fun as well.

£10 is a good deal, I wonder if the price drop is a sign that they'll be announcing an expansion soon. I really want the Tau to be released since there's not really any factions I'm interested in playing other than them. The Eldar are not too bad but I thought their basic infantry kind of sucked and required too much macro, although I hear the latest multiplayer update that's in beta at the moment makes them a lot tougher if Relic aren't bullshitting.

I think DoW2 is great and the only reason I'm not on it is because I want to finish my other games before moving on to it. This works out well for me since I'm hoping Tau will be on it by that time or something like that, so my patience will hopefully pay off. Tau best be on it, god damn it...

Nice, you've updated it with ACFA as well. I don't think anyone has any excuses left to pick up Armored Core now, £10 is a great price for a game that will suck up quite a few hours of your life as you build the ultimate rape machine. I hope Ant and Jamie pick it up now that it's a tenner, could do with more people to play with.

Depends on how much I get wether or not I get SF4, as it's not something I'm likley to sink too much time into, DoW2 and AC:FA are.

Well definitely get ACfA, but I would love to see more members get into fighting games too. Fighting games are short and many of them have lobbies where winner stays on, so it's great to compete whilst having that kind of lobby system. They also have great longevity since the game gets better as you do, so the more you put in the more you get out. But yeah, if you have to pick go for ACfA since £10 is great and I imagine most would rather spend £10 on ACfA than £20 on SF4 (unfortunately).
