So far, Slipknot only Headliner announced with more to follow. Fucking ecstatic about this. Slipknot, Korn, Prodigy, Pendulum? YES.

Download is a British music festival that takes place each year at Donington Park. It is well known for its metal roots, went last year and it was fucking awesome. Quite a few others of us go as well.

They've been on a discount all weekend, like £110 for a weekend ticket. But they go on sale properly Friday, gonna get mine soon as, got my money already, not leaving it till two weeks before this year.

I missed Slipknot in December so i'm not going to miss them this time. Also, with rumours of Limp Bizkit making a return this year at Download, amongst bands like Korn, The Prodigy, Pendulum, i'll definatly be going.
I'm going for the whole camping side of it as well though. I get to meet up with you guys, and this year a few mates are coming, so it will be great.

Not so bothered about seeing Slipknot live. I've see The Prodigy and Pendulum already, so not bothered about missing them. As I said, I'll be waiting it out. I imagine I'll be there though, with buckets more money this time.

You seriously never heard of Def Leppard? The special guests are Whitesnake, so i preusme they will come on at some point during Def Leppards set.
Also, Limp Bizkit aren't headlining like i expected them too, so maybe the legendary Faith No More? Who can forget

Faith No More would be good, but other than Epic and their cover of War Pigs, I don't like them all that much. Killswitch are rumoured, that'd be a good turn out.

for those of you who missed slipknot last time, go there no dammit! you guys at england are so lucky! as far as i know they wont come to sweden this year. Okej i saw them 12 november but it dosent matter i would gladly se them tomorrow!

Seen Limp Bizkit live once before and they where shit. Never did like them.

I may go to this years download had fun all the other times I went its just its right in the middle of exams and I have seen all the good bands before. I think I will wait and go to reading.

Fuck yes for KsE. Manson, not too fussed about, will watch him if he doesn't clash and i don't know anything from ZZ Top.

So no third headliner yet, i'm gonna hold out for the organisers making negotiations with Blink 182. Now THAT would make me jizz.

Dont think I will be going to this. So far I have already seen every band that is playing other than ZZ top and devil driver (Who). Also cant find anybody else that wants to go. Think I will just stick with Reading this year.

Blink182 can fuck right off, though. Actually, that's a lie. When Jimmy Eat World and Lost Prophets were playing, I got chance to catch Amon Amarth and Jonathon Davis, so it wouldn't really matter if they were headlining, I'd still be no where near them.

I'm starting to worry about whether i can go to download.. it's during my exam time i think. I'll have to see as time progresses.

Also.. i really want to go to Sonisphere now. It's really got a better line up for me -

Wouldn't be able to afford both. Also, if Download and Sonisphere were equal distances from me, same price, i'd still choose Download. Sonisphere is a brand new festival. Its going to have teething problems. I'd rather wait a few years untill it develops itself more.
