Somehow I've missed all the info about this RPG from Bioware, it's touted as a spirtual succesor to Baulders Gate and it looks damn good. It's released for PC and 360 on the sixth of November, and the PS3 on the 17th. I'll be picking it up on PC.

I've preordered the CE from GAME. It's shit compared to the one the rest of the world gets but I'm a stickler for Making of DVDs, I've also put an order in for the CE walkthough, wich is a hardcover with over 100 extra pages of concept art and other dev stuff. Never seen a CE guide before.

Though I've been following this game since it was announced, I've not taken much interest in it even though it's a BioWare RPG. Assuming it gets a good critical response, I will check it out eventually but I have many other games that just grab my attention a lot more effectively.

Have not followed this game but I did love baulders gate and I havent played a good RPG in a while. So I will put it on my rental list.

I got this game yesterday in the post. Installed it when I got back from college. Playing it till 8am the next day. Incredibl game, although there are some horrific bugs.

I got it a while ago on steam. Played the first few levels through on all the classes before i decided i wanted to stick with my blood hungry city elf. That first bit where you murder that entire castle is brill. At the moment i'm still gathering my forces -

When i went to recruit the woodland elves, i totally slaughtered them all and recruited the werewolves to my army instead. What kind of fucking badass has an Army of Werewolves? Me, that's who!

And now i'm in redcliffe just doin' my thang. Probably havn't played the game for longer than 4 hours but it's been fun so far.

Haven't visited the elves yet, I did redcliffe first, and the Mage tower as part of redcliffe. Doing the Dwarfs now, really enjoying it so far, over 26 hours played.

I can easily buy the 360 version, but I am trying to resist that urge so I can wait until my PC is back up and grab it on Steam. Going to order a replacement CPU soon, though it's funny how my current CPU's price has gone up since I bought it.

The big one is the memory leak. Depending on how much RAM you have running it for more tham a few hours will cause load times of 15 mins or more. 'tis only on some chipsets though, not sure which are affected.

It's still there, just not as bad. Also, if your PC can run get it on the PC, much better game.

The idea of my PC being able to run a game is hilarious. I'd be suprised if it opened minesweeper, let alone DA.

Finished the main story in one play through of about 25 hours. Now going back to do -all- of the quests and get other achievements. Don't like how Rogue-heavy the game seems. Lots of locked things!

It makes up for that for me by having large groups of enemies. A high level mage like my PC can clear a room without my party taking any damage if they are grouped right.

I'm just coming up to what I think is the end of the main story. I've put over 40 hours into it and apparantly I've seen around 30% of the content. Looking foward to rolling a new character and starting all over again!
