I am really unsure about what to do with my traitor guard. I cant decided between Khorne Beastmen guard, Chaos Ad Mech or Slaanesh guard using forgeworld and a bunch of other models I have. Or just scrapping the lot and doing a Vostroyan army.
All my other armies had a clear theme when I brought the models and made my army lists but not my guard, which I think is the reason I have made no head way on them.
I brought two battleforces, 1 box of troops,1 heavy weapon squad before they all become worse. So far I have only used the box of troops for test units the rest has just stayed in a cupboard.
My guard sort of took a backseat to my orks and CSM which are both finished now. I am working on my SM but with the new BA codex coming out I have decided to wait. As the rumours make it look like the army list is a big update on the PDF codex.
So my mind was wondered back to the guard but I just cant find a theme I like.

Had 2 games with my orks last week when I tested out a new club. Both games against Space Marines. First against a Vulkan flamer/melta army which I lost to badly, second was against a space wolf player who had no tanks or transports. I won that one easily.
Today my street had a powercut for 4 hours, so I decided to paint some more orks so I can make a different list.
In my last game I used 3 trukk squads, Battlewagon plus 4 meganobs plus Warboss in Megaarmour. 10 lootas,20 ork boys on foot,10 stormboyz,1 deffdread.
The deff dread did great in both games, the stormboyz did not and niether did the meganobs. Going to replace them with normal nobz and more boyz plus wierdboy.I have finished some Boyz,nobz and a wierdboy just need to finish the bases.
