I used my £5 voucher to buy Bayonetta on Gameplay. If anyone is looking to buy this game, pick up the 360 version since I hear the one on PS3 has clipping issues, frame rate problems and longer load times.

No I got £5 off, and yeah the reviews are as expected. I already figured it would be worth buying considering all the background information leading up to the game, and after playing it at the anime expo I was sold. If you liked Devil May Cry, you'll love Bayonetta.

Why did you get darksiders? i thought it was meant to be really bad
and say whether or not Bayonetta is worth getting or renting
I actually bought Darksiders because the majority opinion is that it's a good game. Most of the negative reviews are probably regarding the fact that the game doesn't do anything original, but this doesn't mean it isn't fun to play.
Not played Bayonetta yet, since it's the same genre as Darksiders I don't want to play them both at the same time. Though I had already played Bayonetta at the expo so I'm already pretty confident that it's better than Darksiders.

Anyway, just bought Football Manager 2010.
Oh I realised this a long time ago, I'm just the worst impulse buyer ever. I was buying presents for my mate and decided to pick those two games up whilst I was at it. If I wasn't shopping for gifts I would have saved myself a bit of money and shelf space.

My two GH guitars just gather dust. I should sell that game, I thought it would be good fun to play as a group but all my friends are hardcore gamers and they'd rather play some versus Street Fighter or Modern Warfare.

Whats it like? I heard it was horrible. lag was terrible health was unrealistic.
Whats your opinion?To be honest the lag wasn't that bad, although Bad Company 2 was noticeably less laggy. The health is definitely unrealistic, but that's more to do with your armour than your actual health. If you wear the lightest armour, you will be dropped quickly. I personally always wore the heavy armour since you can soak up quite a few bullets before going down.
The Light Machine Guns in the game are overpowered since they have a massive magazine capacity, do high damage and hardly have any recoil. High level play is all about headshots, and the LMG is godly for this since you can literally aim at the head-level and hold the trigger down, thus headshotting an entire enemy squad at an objective area.
The game isn't horrible, it's just too average. I would have considered playing it, but then I played the Bad Company 2 demo and that game is just miles ahead in terms of polish and balance.

Bought Street Fighter IV (PS3) for £10. Obviously I already have it on the 360, but quite a few of my IRL friends own it on the PS3 so I decided to pick a copy up so I can practice against them too. PSN is shit compared to XBL though, I'd gladly pay £40 a year for a service that pleases me.

MemberI picked up a pair of metal D10 for my Dark Heresy sessions, along with the Dark Heresy "Creatures Anathamea" book. I also ordered a bunch of magnets to magnatise my flying bases and skimmers, some extra bases to do my older skimmers, another Pathfinder Shas'ui, two Pirhannas and a pair of Forgeworld Heavy Gun Drones.
