That is one of the shittest KFC GIFs I've ever seen. If you look at the watermark on that image, it says http://www.jj.am, go to that website to find all kinds of jokes animated GIFs. It's a nice website to burn some time on if you're bored, but the fact each file has to load the animations before playing it properly makes tabbed browsing a requirement.
