My gaming club is having a Tale of 9 Gamers starting on 10th of July with the release of 8th edition.
I have decided to join in doing a Skaven army.
We each have to paint 200pts a month and have a good mix of armies. 2xSkaven,WOC,beastmen,lizardmen, Vampire counts, Orcs and goblins, High Elves, Wood Elves
Having never painted Skaven before I decided to do a quick test model before the start of the tale.
So here they are, I choose the Rat ogre box as I got it cheap off ebay and I am not using them in my 2000pt list.
My aim is to get a good scheme which looks good but does not take long as some months I have 25 models to paint. Each packmaster took me about 30-40 mins. Could easily get 5 done in a hour with batch painting.
The Rat ogre is not finished in this picture I have finished him and another one but my GF has borrowed my camera so will show you the finished models on monday. The two skaven packmasters are done (first set of pictures his whip is not done).
