GW announced a movie at Games Day today, well I say announced, they gave out post cards with the title.

There's a Fate/Stay Night live action movie coming out, which is the one I'm most looking forward to. As for this, since there's no footage or anything yet, it's hard to be excited. Especially since it's going to be about the Marines, and there probably won't be much Tau.

You know your planet is epic when it has Ultra in its name.
I'm not going to hold my breath for Tau to play a large part in the film since that would only lead to me being disappointed like I was with the DOW2 expansion. I will check the film out either way, but I think it will be about Ultramarines vs. Tyranids or Orcs with maybe some brief encounters with Eldar or Imperial Guard. You probably won't see any Tau or Dark Eldar however...

MemberI see it being based upon either the war against the Nids or Orcs. I doubt they'd go straight into a movie about UM vs Chaos, as they'd want to save that for a sequel, after introducing the concept in the first movie.
As an added thought, it would probably involve the UM coming to the resucue of a IG battalion, making them seem like the true heroes.
