Grand Theft Auto IV’s second exclusive downloadable content was recently revealed by Rockstar, and this time you’ll be playing as Luis Lopez who’s a “part-time hoodlum and a full-time assistant to legendary nightclub impresario Tony Prince (aka “Gay Tony”)”. Take-Two have also stated that both expansions will be released on a single retail disc, which tells me this is probably the last major DLC we should expect for GTA4.

Glad to hear about the release on disc. Me and downloading just don't go together.
Apparently if you buy the stand alone disc you can play the expansions without having GTA4 if what I just skimmed through is correct. However if you download it, you'll need a copy of GTA4 to play. Might want to look into that if it benefits you.
