As some of you may or may not know, I’m quite a Killzone enthusiast. The first Killzone was pretty generic in the eyes of many, but I still played through the game several times and enjoyed messing about on the multiplayer back when the PS2 was king. So it comes as no surprise that I follow up on Killzone 2, and man am I excited every time I watch multiplayer beta gameplay.

I don’t care what the other critics say, but I enjoyed playing Killzone back on the PlayStation 2. I admit, the things I found sexy were more to do with visual design rather than actual gameplay, but that alone kept me playing the game ‘till the end with each character so that proves to me they at least did something right Naturally that means I’m really looking forward to the sequel, and after seeing the new trailer along with a two minute long video of some foreign guy playing it at the SCEE PlayStation Day ’08, I can’t help but feel a little hyped up.
